Location: Various locations across Alberta
The Program Manager/Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning implementation and evaluation of the organization s programs. This role involves working closely with staff volunteers and community partners to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with the organization s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program plans goals and objectives.
- Oversee daytoday program operations and ensure program quality.
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate program outcomes and impact.
- Prepare program reports and updates for senior management and funders.
- Recruit train and supervise program staff and volunteers.
- Foster relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in social work public administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to improve program performance.
- Proficiency in program management software and tools.
