Job Description

This role gives a unique opportunity to work with big international FMCG leaders gain retail measurement expertise and enhance your career at NielsenIQ. If you are eager to work with the group of major FMCG manufacturers build business relationships and provide exceptional service please read through the job description and apply.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Providing direct support to top FMCG clients in case of database questions issues and training
  • Translates client needs into instructions suitable for execution for all internal departments
  • Building a productive communication with internal stakeholders: Sales and Operation departments
  • Creates and implements new approaches and enhances existing processes of internal cooperation


REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Datadriven background from university or previous work will be an advantage (economics analytics data processing marketing)
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and very good knowledge of English both in writing and orally
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication analytical logical and presentation skills
  • Preferred experience in customer support


COMPENSATION: 

  • Competitive salary
