Job Description
This role gives a unique opportunity to work with big international FMCG leaders gain retail measurement expertise and enhance your career at NielsenIQ. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing direct support to top FMCG clients in case of database questions issues and training
- Translates client needs into instructions suitable for execution for all internal departments
- Building a productive communication with internal stakeholders: Sales and Operation departments
- Creates and implements new approaches and enhances existing processes of internal cooperation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Datadriven background from university or previous work will be an advantage (economics analytics data processing marketing)
- Fluent in Ukrainian and very good knowledge of English both in writing and orally
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication analytical logical and presentation skills
- Preferred experience in customer support
COMPENSATION:
