Job Description
We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer with a broad technical knowledge base centered around user interface application development to handle some complex engineering initiatives. You will contribute to system design and architecture discussions conduct code reviews and provide solutions to technical challenges. This role is ideal for someone with software development experience a collaborative mindset and a focus on continuous improvement. You will report to the Value Stream Lead and will work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Develop fullstack web applications for both internal and external user bases
- Participate in system architecture and design discussions contributing to scalable and efficient solutions.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines targeting multiple cloud providers to facilitate seamless and reliable application deployments
- Research and incorporate modern libraries/technologies to solve technical challenges
- Collaborate and iterate with backend engineers product owners and UX designers to turn ideas and requirements into organized relevant technical tasks
- Review and provide feedback on code ensuring adherence to coding standards and conventions
Some of the things youd work on:
- Over a dozen full stack applications
- Developed with TypeScript Angular NestJS (Node.js) and PostgreSQL
- Packaged with Docker and Helm via Github Actions
- Deployed on Kubernetes (AWS EKS & Google Kubernetes Engine)
- A JavaScript SDK with 300M daily downloads
- Inhouse CLI tool for a smoother developer experience
- Shared clientside and serverside libraries
- CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience developing and delivering fullstack web applications
- 3 years of experience with a modern JavaScript clientside framework
- 3 years of experience with HTML and CSS
- 2 years of experience with NodeJS and relational databases

- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with common cloud providers like AWS and GCP
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Agile Development
