To utilize education and experience in the efficient operation maintenance and repair of the physical plant structure utility services equipment fixtures and furnishings for the hotel facility and staff housing complex.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with engineering management and team leader in regards to possible improvements and increased efficiency.
- Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as : airconditioning & electrical refrigeration FLS equipment building maintenance including furniture & fixtures painting parts renewal & repairs kitchen and laundry equipment low voltage (LV) guest rooms F&B outlets function/banquet areas front/back of the house plumbing & drainage etc.
- Coordinate/inform engineering management and team leader of any disruptions to service of any kind.
- Attend daily engineering staff briefing.
- Always utilize safe work practices efficient methods proper preventative maintenance and repair to equipment.
- Develop skills through training and hands on experience.
- Any additional duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Trade Certificate or appropriate level of hands on experience in area of expertise.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year experience or education with work experience in trade.
