Position Summary
The Accounting Operations Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of Navas accounting operations including accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) Payroll monthend close out reconciliation state reporting compliance and auditing. This role reports to the Controller and assists with maintaining the general ledger system and internal controls ensuring compliance with GAAP and FAR. The Accounting Operations Manager fulfills these duties using a high level of discretion in collaboration with Contracts People Operations Program Finance Delivery Management and Nava leadership.
