Compassionate Caregiver

We are actively seeking a compassionate caregiver dedicated to supporting the elderly community in their daily routines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for assisting seniors and possess a deepseated commitment to enhancing their quality of life.

As a caregiver you will be responsible for providing personalized care to seniors which includes assisting with bathing dressing grooming meal preparation medication reminders and light housekeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized care and support to seniors with empathy and respect.

Prepare and serve nutritious meals following dietary guidelines.

Administer medications according to prescribed schedules.

Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.

Monitor seniors wellbeing and promptly communicate any changes to healthcare providers or family members.

Engage seniors in social activities and provide companionship.

Maintain a safe and tidy living environment for seniors.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in caregiving or a related role.

Genuine desire to help others demonstrated through compassionate and patient demeanor.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and composure.

Knowledge of essential caregiving practices and protocols.

CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent.
