Job Description
We are currently seeking a caring and knowledgeable caregiver to provide essential support to elderly individuals in their daily activities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate empathy genuine concern for the elderly and a strong dedication to assisting those in need.
Responsibilities:
Assist elderly individuals with daily tasks including dressing bathing meal planning medication reminders and light housekeeping.
Provide personalized and thoughtful care to meet the individual needs of each senior.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks following dietary guidelines.
Ensure timely administration of medications as prescribed. Offer support with mobility and transfers when required.
Monitor the health status of seniors closely and communicate any changes to the appropriate parties.
Engage seniors in social activities and provide companionship. Maintain a clean safe and organized living environment for the elderly individual.
Requirements:
Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred. Compassionate and caring attitude towards those in need of support.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with strong interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle challenging situations with wisdom and understanding. Familiarity with caregiving standards and procedures.
Certification in CPR first aid or other relevant healthcare certifications is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
