Job Description
As a Corporate IT Domain Leader you will oversee the operational management and lead the team with a focus on planning and capacity.
You will work closely with your team to set priorities support projects and create a positive work environment. Reporting directly to our Senior IT Manager you will contribute to both local and grouplevel projects within Inetum.
Your Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Align team priorities and capacity management of the team.
- Streamline corporate processes and follow up on escalations.
- Monitor team performance and ensure the delivery of highquality results.
- Encourage team members to develop their skills and capabilities to meet organizational goals.
Project Management:
- Support Corporate IT and business transformation projects with focus on change management and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with project managers to allocate team members to specific projects.
- Discuss project roadmaps and contribute to their implementation at both local and group levels.
Guiding and Coaching Team Members:
- Play a connecting role within the team provide direction and support the Corporate IT processes.
- Bring drive and positivity to Corporate IT ensuring stability and focus.
Qualifications :
Your Profile:
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus but not required.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in operational management and people leadership within an IT environment.
- You are a strong communicator and can facilitate growth and change within teams.
- You have a good understanding of project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- You possess content knowledge within relevant IT domains.
