About the Role
In this role youll be stepping into a wellestablished practice focused on providing compassionate expert legal advice to individuals navigating complex family matters. Youll handle a diverse range of cases from private children disputes and protection against domestic abuse to divorce and financial settlements. This role calls for a skilled Family Lawyer who can guide clients through some of lifes most challenging moments with professionalism and sensitivity. Working Hours

Key Duties
- Provide expert legal guidance across a broad spectrum of family law matters including private children law protection under the Family Law Act divorce and financial disputes both upon divorce and separation.
- Build strong client relationships fostering trust and understanding.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure clients receive wellrounded compassionate support.
- Handle cases from start to resolution applying a practical and solutionoriented approach. Stay updated with family law developments and advise clients accordingly.
- Attend and contribute to probono training provided to local domestic abuse support charities.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor of at least 5 years PQE with proven experience in family law
- Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Dedication to providing exceptional client care and maintaining confidentiality
