About the Role

In this role youll be stepping into a wellestablished practice focused on providing compassionate expert legal advice to individuals navigating complex family matters. Youll handle a diverse range of cases from private children disputes and protection against domestic abuse to divorce and financial settlements. This role calls for a skilled Family Lawyer who can guide clients through some of lifes most challenging moments with professionalism and sensitivity. The firms approach prioritises collaboration and transparency so youll have the support of a dedicated team and resources that truly value worklife balance.

Working Hours

This role offers a hybrid working model with flexible hours tailored to balance your professional and personal life. The firm offers a forwardthinking payment structure and negotiable hours to suit your lifestyle and commitments.

Key Duties

  • Provide expert legal guidance across a broad spectrum of family law matters including private children law protection under the Family Law Act divorce and financial disputes both upon divorce and separation.
  • Build strong client relationships fostering trust and understanding.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure clients receive wellrounded compassionate support.
  • Handle cases from start to resolution applying a practical and solutionoriented approach. Stay updated with family law developments and advise clients accordingly.
  • Attend and contribute to probono training provided to local domestic abuse support charities.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor of at least 5 years PQE with proven experience in family law
  • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Dedication to providing exceptional client care and maintaining confidentiality
  • Passionate about the difference you can make and eager to become an integral part of a growing team.
