Position Overview:
Themis Recruit are seeking experienced partners with a minimum of 10 years postqualification experience to join our clients thriving practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background family law with a proven track record of working with high net worth clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high net worth and ultra high net worth clients providing expert legal advice and representation.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- Bring a substantial client following and actively contribute to the growth of the firm s client base.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share expertise and provide comprehensive legal solutions.
- Contribute to the firm s visibility and reputation through participation in legal directories such as Legal 500 Chambers and Spears.
- Support and mentor junior team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years postqualification experience in private client and family law.
Recognized by Legal 500 Chambers or Spears as a leading practitioner in the field.
Demonstrated experience working with high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals.
A strong client following and a proactive approach to business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
