Reception Agent
First impressions are everything! As a Reception Agent you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
What you will be doing:
- To welcome guests or visitors at all times enhancing a lasting impression of warmth and care
- To handle all arrivals in an efficient manner providing our guests with accommodation and personalised escort enhancing a feeling of warmth and comfort in a professional and proactive manner
- To anticipate upselling and crossselling opportunities encouraging our guests to use the hotel facilities for their enjoyment
- To act as an in house guests ambassador by establishing and developing personal contact with all our guests enhancing a feeling of comfort warmth and care throughout their stay.
- To ensure that the uniform provided is kept in good condition clean and presentable and ensures standards of personal appearance and hygiene are an example for the team and a professional image to our guests
- Dealing with reservations and information requests made to the hotel by email fax or telephone and recording all confirmed reservations in the computer system.

- Reporting to the FO Manager.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
At least 1 year hotel Reception Agent experience within a 4/5 star hotel
- To have advance knowledge Accor Online Platforms
- To have thorough knowledge of all SOPs and P&Ps for Front Office department
- Knowledge of computers and systems such as PMS Microsoft Office etc
- Successful problem solving skills
- Able to communicate in written and spoken English and Turkish
- Additional languages; French Spanish German Italian Russian Arabic is preffered
- Excellent overall communication skills
- Able to multitask
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- Able to exercise good judgement with difficult guests
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to work shift in terms of working hours.
- Must have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately.
- Understanding and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Professional appearance and demeanour
