The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below but not limited to these:
To consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service
To greet check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed
To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
To respond to each Guest who approaches the Reception Desk
To drive rate through upselling room brands
To follow department policies procedures and service standards
Qualifications :
We are looking for a well organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work in a dynamic environment. In addition the candidate should possess:
Previous customer related experience asset
Must possess a professional presentation
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Fluency in English
Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
