Job Description
Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager Finance & Accounts
Company : One of Indias Leading Power Company
Location: Mumbai
Experience : 7 Years
Qualification: CA
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial
a. Preparation of financial statements and MIS along with finalization of accounts
b. Financial audit of quarterly / annual / interim / financial statements and submission of information and providing various classifications to Statutory auditors
2. Operational
a. Preparation of week wise budget of Opex and Capex related payments to vendors
b. Handling working capital operations
c. Responsible for providing adequate and timely information to all stakeholders and customers
d. Coordination with Site Accounts teams / foreign company accounts team
3. Customer
a. Compliance of system and process in SAP
b. Interpersonal relationship with Taxation team Secretarial team Treasury Investor relations team Project finance team Business teams HR & Admin
c. Effective coordination with various auditors
4. People
a. Maintain a high performance culture through effective training and coaching in line with Organizational values and ethics
b. Ensure continuous skill upgradation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance & Accounting with significant exposure to SAP
- Strong understanding of financial reporting accounting standards and regulations.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Exceptional analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management and crossfunctional teams.
