Main Duties and Responsibilities
01. Attending/Greeting visitors and connecting them to concerned PIC.
02. Attending phone calls landing at MCInd number and directing these to concerned PIC.
03. Managing bookings of meeting/conference rooms.
04. Assisting Travel Desk as back up PIC.
05. Managing the pantry housekeeping etc supplies stocks & records.
06. Supervision of courier movements (incoming / outgoing) and records.
07. Other tasks as and when allocated during day to day work.
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate in any stream.
Diploma in Hospitality preferable.
Experience of around 0203 yrs as Front Office Executive.
Smart good looking and presentable.
Good at communication.
Good interpersonal skills.
