Job Description

Job Title: HR Contract Resource Rewards & Recognition and Employee Engagement
Location: Pune
5 days working days
Client: Eaton ETPL
Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Contract Resource who will be responsible for managing Rewards & Recognition
(R&R) initiatives employee engagement activities and contract resource management. This role will
focus on creating a positive work environment enhancing employee engagement and supporting R&R
programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership stakeholders
contribute to internal communication strategies and drive employer branding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs to drive employee motivation and
engagement.
Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals and
values.
Support contract resource management to maintain seamless HR operations and foster a positive
work environment.
Assist in developing and delivering internal communication plans and materials to effectively
communicate engagement activities and R&R programs.
Collaborate with leadership and other key stakeholders to drive accountability in implementing HR
initiatives.
Contribute to employer branding by supporting the development of initiatives that enhance the
organizations reputation as a great place to work.
Maintain data accuracy and provide analytical insights for employee engagement and R&R activities.
Key Requirements:
MBA in HR with 23 years of experience in Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition.
Strong verbal written and presentation skills.
Solid analytical skills to evaluate engagement and R&R initiatives.
Experience in employer branding and the creation of impactful engagement interventions.
Proficiency in organizing events and procuring resources related to engagement and R&R.
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with leadership stakeholders demonstrating
accountability and followthrough.
Preferred Qualities:
Highly organized proactive and adaptable to a fastpaced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.has
