You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible for supervising the management of community development projects and programs by studying the local community, identifying situations that require intervention, and determining the extent to which the Red Crescent can intervene according to the strategic plan of the Red Crescent.
Preparing community development strategies and annual plans, including estimated revenues and expenditures, and approving them.
Contributing to searching for donors for programs and projects, monitoring the budget of these programs and projects, and overseeing their implementation and performance.
Preparing and issuing periodic reports for the department, detailing the achievements during the period, the challenges and obstacles encountered, and proposing recommendations.
Compliance and Process Management:
Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Identify inefficiencies in office operations and propose process improvements.
Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for office and administrative tasks.
General Management and Supervision:
Supervise or coordinate the work of junior administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
Manage office projects, tasks, and workflows, ensuring that deadlines are met.
Organize team-building activities or employee engagement events.
Special Projects and Other Tasks:
Assist in the execution of special projects as assigned by management (e.g., office relocations, system upgrades).
Act as a point of contact for various internal teams, ensuring collaboration and smooth communication.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure (for technical administrator roles).
Ability to troubleshoot and solve administrative problems independently.
Database management and familiarity with various office tools or CRM systems.
Scheduling and calendar management: Organizing meetings, appointments, and business travel.
Handling communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Document management: Organizing and maintaining important company files, reports, and records.
Ensuring office supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
