Position Overview:
The Banking Strategist will be responsible for developing evaluating and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience in a banking environment. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in banking financial services or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies in the financial sector.
