Job Description: Associate Partner Cybersecurity
Job Title: Associate Partner Cybersecurity
Department: Cybersecurity Consulting
Reports To: Partner / Senior Partner

Position Overview:
The Associate Partner in Cybersecurity is a senior leadership role focused on driving business growth leading client engagements and delivering highimpact cybersecurity solutions. This individual combines technical expertise with strategic vision to support clients in mitigating risks achieving compliance and securing their digital transformation initiatives. The role also involves mentoring teams developing innovative service offerings and contributing to the overall growth of the cybersecurity practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Strategy:
Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new cybersecurity business opportunities.
Build and nurture relationships with Csuite executives and other key stakeholders.
Develop gotomarket strategies proposals and service offerings tailored to client needs.

Client Engagement:
Lead endtoend client engagements including scoping planning execution and delivery of cybersecurity solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients providing strategic guidance on cybersecurity risks and opportunities.
Oversee the assessment of client security postures and the design of tailored mitigation strategies.

Solution Development and Delivery:
Lead the design and implementation of advanced cybersecurity frameworks architectures and technologies.
Provide expertise in areas such as cloud security threat intelligence incident response and compliance.
Ensure the quality and consistency of deliverables aligning them with client objectives and industry standards.

Practice Leadership:
Contribute to the growth and development of the cybersecurity consulting practice.
Mentor and guide teams of consultants fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies and methodologies into service offerings.

Regulatory and Risk Advisory:
Advise clients on compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR HIPAA PCI DSS NIST and ISO 27001.
Support clients in identifying assessing and mitigating enterpriselevel cybersecurity risks.
Provide guidance on integrating cybersecurity into broader risk management and digital transformation initiatives.

Thought Leadership:
Represent the organization at industry conferences events and forums.
Publish thought leadership content such as whitepapers articles and presentations on emerging cybersecurity topics.
Build the organization s brand as a leader in the cybersecurity space.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Cybersecurity Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
10 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on consulting client engagement or leadership roles.

Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as cloud security identity management threat detection and vulnerability management.
Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST MITRE ATT&CK COBIT and ISO 27001.
Experience in implementing enterprisegrade cybersecurity solutions and strategies.

Certifications (Preferred):
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
GIAC certifications (e.g. GSEC GCED GPEN)
TOGAF (for enterprise architecture understanding)

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:
Proven track record of managing largescale cybersecurity projects and crossfunctional teams.
Strong relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills including experience engaging with executive audiences.

Business Acumen:
Strong understanding of industryspecific cybersecurity challenges and trends.
Demonstrated ability to align cybersecurity strategies with business goals and objectives.
Experience with P&L management or contributing to financial performance metrics is a plus.
