An important multinational pharma company located in Barcelona is seeking a Finance Business Partner.
In the role of Finance Business Partner you will be supporting the Management team and the organization with analysis and insights regarding the performance of the Business. You will play a fundamental role in assisting the Management team in delivering the business strategy.
Within your role you will ensure the timely submission of deliverables anticipate business issues and drive good strategic and tactical decisionmaking through indepth financial and commercial analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse key performance indicators highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives (customer and Brand profitability models pricing models G2N models etc).
- Develop financial models for our Key Account Organisation (customer profitability negotiation support pricing strategy trade spend review and channel view).
- Identify and address possible commercial business process improvements.
- Provide financial and strategic decision support to management for the achievement of financial goals ensuring revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Work closely with business leaders in the achievement of KPIs of each business area.
- Contribute to various companywide projects such as brand/SKU rationalization; G2N improvements and M&A projects.
- Provide the financial insight and intelligence our leadership depends on to make critical decisions
- Ultimately your analysis will provide the insights that allows us to grow our business and manage our costs.

Qualifications:
- Masters in finance Economics Accounting or similar
- 8 years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills and a basic understanding of financial statements (income statement balance sheet and cash flow).
- Must also possess strong organizational skills; the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to develop and maintain peer relationships and possess high standards of accuracy and precision.

- Good knowledge of English
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- SAP/CFIN/AO knowledge is an asset.
- Experience in a multinational company preferred.
