Job Description
Job Title: LMS Systems Developer
Location: Austin TX (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications:- Experience working as a Software Engineer or in an equivalent role.
- Handson experience in LMS development.
- Experience using Articulate to develop learning content.
- Strong understanding of process automation concepts including workflow design exception handling and error management.
- Experience with process discovery requirements gathering and solution architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# Java or Python.
- Experience with one or more UI frameworks like MAUI WinUI or ReactJS.
- Experience with diagramming using the BPMN 2.0 methodology.
- Experience with adult learning theory is a plus.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to identify enhancement opportunities and drive improvements in LMS systems.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to improve developer velocity and ensure highquality code.
- Lead the development and maintenance of automated workflows ensuring scalability reliability and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of system processes to ensure robustness and accuracy.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers within the team fostering their professional growth.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate LMS solutions into existing systems and processes.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and advancements in Learning Management System technology.
