JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Support
LOCATION: Manassas VA
PAY RATE: $25/hour
MUST BE US PERSONS
We are a national staffing firm partnering with toptier aerospace companies and we are seeking firstclass employees to join our clients teams!

Summary:
-
Process highvolume invoices ensure accuracy in financial coding handle purchase order matching and resolve discrepancies.
-
This onsite role in Manassas supports the Accounting Departments operational needs and monthly closing processes.
Required Skills:
-
High school diploma/GED or equivalent education/experience.
-
1 years of related work experience.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
-
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
-
Open to learning new skills and adapting to change.
-
Familiarity with internal controls for financial security.
-
Must be a U.S. Person.
Desired Skills:
-
13 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
-
Familiarity with SAP.
-
35 years of AP experience in a government contracting environment.
-
Background in both payables and receivables.
