Job Description
Job Description: In this role you will:
Review and process individual rights requests (IRRs) from consumers
Point of contact for Privacy Operations in the US
Stakeholder management and Brand Engagement for system optimization and integration
Integral part of the One WBD Privacy integration
Processor Onboarding and workflow configurations for major Product launch
Production of training materials and rolling out training to Brands on Privacy initiatives
Assist product teams and lawyers with completing Article 30 assessments data transfer inventory assessments and other privacy assessments.
Manage inquiries coming into externalfacing privacy inboxes.
Work with counsel technology and brands to resolve consumerrelated escalations.
Suggest feature requests to improve process flows and introduce efficiencies.
Support privacy project activities as needed including user testing and the creation of training materials.
Create metrics as needed.
Perform ad hoc compliance reviews as needed e.g. cookie categorizations
Proactively identify privacy risks in processes and systems and propose mitigations
Draft processes procedures documents presentations and guidance as required.
