Since 2022 w3 group is a cornerstone of the Web3 community providing a comprehensive ecosystem that includes investment funds coworking and event spaces token infrastructure and media services. Tasks
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with w3 group goals.
- Manage content across digital channels: newsletters blogs LinkedIn and X.
- Generate leads through targeted campaigns for w3.hub initiatives.
- Execute community campaigns to enhance connections in the Web3 space.
- Use data insights to optimize marketing performance for growth and engagement.
- Lead content strategy for LinkedIn and X ensuring a strong brand voice.
- Grow the w3 community by providing engaging content.
- Align marketing strategy with broader ecosystem goals across all w3 group teams
- Monitor metrics and refine strategies for maximum impact.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing ideally in tech Web3 or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms marketing tools and growth/content strategies.
- A creative datadriven approach with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English & German.
- Ability to stay on top of things even if you have to juggle 10 balls at once. Stress drives you to excellence not resignation.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate with a commitment to working onsite
