**This is a hybrid or fully onsite position depending on the candidates preference. The candidate is required to be onsite 23 days per week. The specific days will be coordinated with the rest of the staff so if they have a preference OSC should be able to work with that.
Desktop and M365 Support Analyst
NC OSC is transitioning to a new Microsoft Tenant and fully independent Desktop Management. Our IT Ops team will take on all desktop and M365 support and it will be a significant transition to our staff. We need someone with good communication skills excellent customer service skills and an even/calm presence to support our staff through the initial transition and the new ongoing support processes.
Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have extensive industry experience.
Description (including but not limited to):
1. Technical assistance support and advice to end users for hardware software and systems
2. Handson technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
3. Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
4. Support of the Office 365 environment (administration and useage)
5. Able to support remote PC setup and application installation
6. Will be onsite for a portion of the week to support handson users
