Job Description

Position: Sr Power Platform Developer
Location: Richmond VA (23219)
Client: State of Virginia
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role you will develop and maintain Power Platform solutions collaborating with business users and developers to create effective applications. Your expertise in lowcode and nocode solutions will empower business users and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lowcode/nocode solutions using Power Platform and AGILE practices.
  • Advise on best practices to improve application performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and identify suitable tools within Power Platform.
  • Mentor team members on Power Platform standards and practices.
  • Assist in securing Power Platform solutions including SharePoint Power Apps and Dataverse.

Key Technical Skills:

  • 7 years of experience in highquality performant Power Platform development.
  • Proficiency in designing and modeling databases for Power Platform applications.
  • Expertise in creating reusable custom components and connectors for integration.
  • Experience with automated testing and working with QA teams.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools for Power Platform (highly desired).
