Job Description

Position: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Indianapolis IN (46204)
Client: State of Indiana
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to review analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with finance and IT teams to develop initiatives that enhance revenue and optimize costs. This role demands a strong understanding of regulatory requirements financial analysis and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed business analyses to outline problems opportunities and solutions.
  • Report findings to stakeholders and the Project Management Team.
  • Define and prioritize business requirements ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and create technical documentation.
  • Support user acceptance testing and write test scripts.

Required Skills:

  • 4 years as a Business Analyst
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and requirement documentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problemsolving
