About the Role: A highly motivated and experienced Digital Analytics Strategist to join our Nestl Starbucks team. In this role he will play a crucial part in shaping how we understand and optimize our digital customer experiences. Will be responsible for defining and driving our digital analytics strategy ensuring it aligns perfectly with Nestl Starbucks overarching business goals. This is a handson role and will be deeply involved in the implementation and management of analytics platforms including Google Analytics and Optimizely. Responsibilities: Define and champion the overall digital analytics strategy and roadmap ensuring it aligns with Nestl Starbucks business goals and objectives. Act as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for Google Analytics providing guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders. Conduct a comprehensive audit of current Google Analytics implementation and recommend optimization strategies. Lead the implementation and configuration of Optimizely to drive A/B testing and personalization initiatives. Take ownership of Google Tag Manager (GTM) configuration ensuring accurate and reliable data tracking across all digital platforms. Analyze the existing GTM setup to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all analytics implementations including SDRs BRDs and technical specifications. Collaborate effectively with the clients Program Management team to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Oversee project timelines status reporting and escalation processes ensuring timely review and signoff of all analytics deliverables. Leverage Optimizely and other tools to design and implement personalized digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. Qualifications: Proven experience in defining and implementing digital analytics strategies within a fastpaced environment. Strong handson experience with Google Analytics and Optimizely demonstrating expertise in platform configuration and data analysis. Solid understanding of tag management systems particularly Google Tag Manager with a focus on best practices and optimization techniques. Experience with personalization platforms and techniques showcasing the ability to design and implement personalized digital experiences. Excellent communication stakeholder management and project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations effectively communicating findings to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Experience working with largescale ecommerce platforms is desirable. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a bonus. |
