Job Description
About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced Awareness Paid Media Director to join our North American team on a shortterm contract (approximately 6 months). This role is crucial in developing and executing awareness media strategies to meet brand awareness consideration and acquisition goals. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multichannel paid media strategies ideally for an entertainment company with a proven track record testing and measuring media investment to establish business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute best in class awareness media strategies across TV online video sponsorships cinema audio outofhome display and paid social channels.
Explore innovative media partnerships with media owners to drive awareness and consideration of client beyond traditional media placements
Manage the awareness media budget and optimize spend across channels.
Lead agency relationships and crossfunctional partnerships to support brand imperatives and growth goals.
Oversee incrementality tests and improve media measurement in collaboration with Business Insights.
Recommend yearly and quarterly investment strategies in collaboration with our media agency and grounded in data
Stay current on digital media industry trends and recommend innovative approaches.
Qualifications:
10 years of multichannel paid media marketing experience preferably in entertainment or subscription services.
Experience with attribution incrementality and media measurement models.
Strong leadership analytical and strategic skills.
Expertise in budget management and forecasting.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Experience in utilizing customer insights for successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or graduate degree.
Media agency experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Deep understanding of subscription revenue business models
