Job Description

Roles and responsibilities


Support overall objectives of the gas division (LPG) both externally and internally.
Maintaining and monitoring all the bulk LPG Projects for APM contract validity
Coordinating with the client to provide quotations & ask for renewal of APM contracts.
Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
Visiting clients’ properties & providing them best Offer for gas installation based on local authority’s rules & regulations.
Contact new & existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how these needs could be met by specific services.
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and Marketing information.
To assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisitions.
Build contacts with potential and existing clients to create business opportunities.
Coordinating with the estimation team once received inquiries from clients.
Technical Sales Support

Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions tailored to their requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations to showcase technical capabilities.
Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Product Knowledge

Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services, including features, benefits, and applications.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively address customer needs.
Provide technical training to the sales team and customers when required.
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Serve as a technical advisor and point of contact for clients during and after the sales process.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical challenges promptly.
Solution Development

Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and develop customized solutions using company products or services.
Work closely with engineering or product development teams to adapt offerings to customer needs.
Provide feedback from customers to guide product improvements or innovations.
Sales Strategy

Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on technical requirements and compatibility.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products or applications.

    • Sales Acumen: Ability to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals effectively.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for customer interactions and presentations.

  • Knowledge

    • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
    • Knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
    • Understanding of cost-benefit analysis and ROI for proposed solutions.
