Job Description

Roles and responsibilities


Maintaining organized and updated Store for a business.
Use Store management software to upload or scan paper documents, retrieve documents
Scan and upload calibration certificates and collect and register all technical documents such as drawings.
Should be familiar Electrical Equipment & tools
Should have the capabilities to complete the given target on time.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Enough capable to complete documentation work on time
Responsible to arrange the required equipment, tools, & kits.
Should have enough knowledge to understand the work properly
Should know how to increase the productivity.
Should be ready to take the responsibility at site for his related field.
Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions.
Regularly update inventory logs to track goods received and dispatched.
Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
Stock Receiving and Inspection

Receive goods from suppliers and verify their quantity and quality against purchase orders.
Inspect deliveries for damage or defects and report any issues.
Ensure proper documentation for received items, including invoices and receipts.
Storage and Organization

Arrange items in an orderly and accessible manner.
Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety regulations.
Monitor and manage space utilization effectively.
Issuance and Dispatch

Prepare and issue materials or goods based on requisitions.
Maintain accurate records of outgoing stock.
Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and delivery.
Inventory Control

Implement stock control measures to minimize waste, theft, or loss.
Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Reorder stock based on minimum inventory levels.
Documentation and Reporting

Maintain records of goods received, issued, and returned.
Generate regular inventory and stock status reports for management.
Ensure compliance with documentation standards and company policies.


Desired candidate profile

    • Inventory Management Skills: Proficiency in tracking stock levels and handling inventory control systems.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to arrange and manage items systematically for easy access.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when recording inventory and verifying deliveries.
    • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication for interacting with vendors, colleagues, and other departments.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or logistical challenges.
    • Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and basic computer applications (MS Office).
  • Knowledge

    • Understanding of stock management principles, such as FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out).
    • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards for material storage and handling.
    • Familiarity with logistics, procurement, and supply chain processes.
