Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing sales teams achieving targets and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive the sales of Home Loan and LAP products in the designated region.

Team Management:
- Lead train and mentor a team of Sales Executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met consistently.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer queries and grievances promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer needs.

Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all processes comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Submit regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Home Loan and LAP sales.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
