Patient Volume: 12

Annual Patient Volume: 250

Annual Deliveries: Ave. of 325

Admissions: 12

Rounding Included: Yes

Support Staff: 12 RNs 2 NP/PAs

Duties: Call is not inhouse but the physician is also responsible for backingup the midwives.

Required Procedures:

LowRisk Pregnancy

FHR Interpretation OB UltrasoundsPerformance of interpretation (Level I/Screening (viability))

Routine and Complicated Delivery

Repair of 3rd and 4th Degree Lacerations

Surgical Gynecology: Open Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor onlytubal ligation LOAs chronal tubation Operative/major (includes diagnostic)ectopic pregnancy ovary removal cystectomy extensive LOAs.

Trauma Level: II IV

EMR: Cerner

Required to Supervise APPs: Yes

Temporary Privileges Available: Yes

Other Info:

For any new locum the 1st day of coverage would be backedup by a day to accomplish orientation.

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active WI License/IMLC

BC/BE

BLS
