Job Description
Job Title: General Workers
Experience: 0 to 1 Year
Age Requirement: Below 28 Years
Working Days: 5.5 Days per Week
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in daytoday operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Perform general duties including cleaning organizing and maintaining work areas.
- Support the production or warehouse team with packing loading and unloading activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
- Operate basic tools and equipment as required for the tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum high school education or equivalent.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills Required:
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety protocols.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Adaptability to perform a variety of tasks as needed.
