Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Singapore
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week Night Shifts Preferred
Salary: Based on Experience
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance troubleshooting and repair of industrial machines in the automation industrial field.
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in machinery.
- Ensure all equipment operates at optimal performance and complies with safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance work repairs and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule preventive maintenance tasks and minimize downtime
- Support the implementation of system upgrades and new equipment installations.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety guidelines and proper use of protective equipment.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 35 years of experience.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 23 years of experience.
- 25 years of proven experience in industrial machine troubleshooting maintenance and repair particularly in the automation industry.
- BCA SEC (K) Certification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English (read and speak).
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems in industrial machinery.
- Expertise in diagnosing mechanical and automationrelated issues.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings schematics and equipment manuals.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and management.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements:
- Age Range: 2545 years.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of industrial maintenance work.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional overtime as needed.
