Job Description
The role
As an AI Engineer (w/m/d) Full Stack with GenAI and Chatbot/Voicebot Expertise you will play a key role in the development and optimization of our AIpowered solutions and accompanying implementations with customers partners and NFON internally as technical expert. Your main responsibilities will include:
Your Mission
- Developing and implementing fullstack applications using Generative AI (GenAI) and chatbot/voicebot technologies.
- Supporting our customers and partners during the implementation of our solutionsboth onsite and remotely.
- Analyzing and providing feedback from implementation experiences to develop best practices and continuously feed them into our development roadmap and backlog.
- Collaborating closely with various internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs and deliver innovative features.
Your profile
- A degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in fullstack development as well as indepth knowledge of Generative AI and chatbot/voicebot technologies.
- Handson experience working with customers and partners ideally in technical implementation and support.
- Strong skills in programming languages such as Python JavaScript or similar along with experience in modern AI frameworks.
- A solutionoriented independent work style paired with teamwork and strong communication skills.
