Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting & Assistance: Welcome guests warmly assist them with placing orders explain menu items and help them navigate the restaurants services.
- Order Coordination: Ensure orders are accurate handle special requests and follow up to ensure quick service.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries handle complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints efficiently offering quick solutions and escalate major issues when necessary.
- Cleanliness & Ambiance: Monitor the restaurants cleanliness and coordinate with staff to maintain a neat and welcoming environment for guests.
- Feedback Collection: Collect guest feedback and pass on suggestions or concerns to the management for service improvements.
- Service Recovery: Proactively handle service delays or mistakes by offering compensation where necessary ensuring guest satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure in a fastpaced QSR environment
- Problemsolving and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic hygiene standards
- Customercentric mindset and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher education in Hospitality/Customer Service (preferred)
- Experience in customer service or a similar role in QSR is an advantage
- Fluent in English and local language(s)
