Job Description
About the Role:
We are hiring on behalf of our direct client a leading law firm specializing in labor and employment law seeking a motivated and detailoriented Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal support conduct research prepare legal documents and assist with case strategy development. This position involves close collaboration with partners and senior attorneys to deliver highquality legal services to the firms clients.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft review and prepare legal documents including briefs contracts and pleadings.
- Attend client meetings and provide legal advice on labor and employment matters.
- Assist with the development of case strategies and ensure timely execution of legal actions.
- Collaborate with partners senior attorneys and clients to address legal challenges effectively.
- Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Missouri Bar or willingness to obtain it.
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong legal research and document preparation abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented professional setting.
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws is a plus.
