Job Description
Job Title: Certified Business Analyst (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops interviews and meetings with crossfunctional teams.
- Conduct gap analysis feasibility studies and costbenefit analysis to inform decisionmaking.
- Support project planning execution and monitoring ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop use cases process models and workflows to illustrate business processes.
- Validate solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide postimplementation support.
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices and tools relevant to business analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration IT or a related field.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP CCBA PMIPBA or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Specify Industry/Domain.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in documentation and modeling tools such as Visio Lucidchart or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with technical and nontechnical teams.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum or other iterative project environments.
- Experience with business process management (BPM) tools and practices.
- Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) or SQL for data analysis.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
