Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst (3 years experience)
Location: Pune
Job Type: Fulltime
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes gathering and documenting requirements and supporting project delivery to meet business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders product teams and developers to ensure solutions align with the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct process mapping and business process modeling to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their requirements and expectations are met.
- Act as a liaison between business units technology teams and other key stakeholders.

- Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend optimizations to drive efficiency and performance.
- Use data analysis tools to identify process inefficiencies and suggest actionable improvements.

- Project Support & Delivery:
- Work closely with project managers to ensure successful delivery of business solutions on time and within scope.
- Assist in testing activities including test case creation test execution and defect management.
- Monitor project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders.

- Documentation & Reporting:
- Create detailed documentation for business processes system configurations and user guides.
- Produce clear and concise reports on project status risks and opportunities for improvement.

- Analyze data and generate reports to support decisionmaking and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies tools and techniques.
- Experience in process mapping data analysis and requirements gathering.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools like Microsoft Visio JIRA Confluence or similar.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as in crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) PMIPBA (Professional in Business Analysis) or Agile certifications (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster).
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Experience with ERP systems CRM tools or other business management software.
