Job Description
- Endtoend employee lifecycle support
- Recruitment and Onboarding work with hiring managers HRM and talent acquisition team to identify and onboard top talent; be the key point of contact before and during first few months to ensure effective onboarding
- Reward and Benefits work with central reward and benefits team when required for new hires adjustments and other changes in reward and benefits.
- Training ensure all new employees fulfil Client training requirements. Setup and run adhoc training (i.e. HR systems recruitment and performance management) as and when required
- Employee Relations manage more junior employee relations issues directly; provide coaching to supervisors and managers through the process. Partner with Corporate Employment Law team to ensure risk is mitigated.
- Provide onsite HR support as required serve as main point of contact
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field of study
- 35 Years of experience in HR Related position Project Management Experience
