We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrative Assistant to support management and assist visitors with various office tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for physical and mental fitness wellness and recovery and a desire to contribute to an organization focused on improving the lives of others.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to general inquiries related to the organization.
  • Arrange meetings appointments and manage calendars for managers.
  • Perform a variety of general clerical and administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Maintain computer systems fax machines and photocopy machines in good working condition.
  • Monitor office supplies track inventory and request items as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Follow up with clients as necessary and communicate information regarding services or appointments.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise organize and maintain files and databases confidentially and securely.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant Staff Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of office management procedures and systems.
  • Proficiency in the operation of standard office equipment.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
  • A passion for physical and mental fitness wellness and recovery and a commitment to supporting a healthfocused environment.
  • Good problemsolving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to multitask manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in all tasks
