Job Description

Location: Noida Sector 2
Experience: 13 years
Employment Type: Fulltime Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build longterm client relationships to ensure success with MyOperator solutions.
  • Onboard and train clients on product features and best practices.
  • Provide expert support through calls emails and chats to resolve client issues.
  • Ensure high First Call Resolution (FCR%) and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Proactively manage customer retention renewals and satisfaction.
  • Monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Understand market trends and share feedback to improve services.


Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management or Support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication problemsolving and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Excellent time management negotiation and planning abilities.
  • Experience in driving revenue growth through upselling and retention strategies.
  • Ability to manage customer queries professionally and accurately.
