Identify New Use Cases and Drive Value in Customer Environments
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify new use cases that drive value and align with their business goals.
- Lead initiatives to assess define and implement these use cases working with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Assist in closing identified use cases by providing expertise building client relationships and supporting the sales/CSM teams in client conversations.
Enhance Team Strategic Capability
- Guide mentor and groom the solution consulting team to take on a more strategic role in client engagements.
- Establish best practices and frameworks that enhance the team s ability to advise on highimpact valuedriven solutions.

- Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis conceptual and detailed design configuration testing training change management and support.
- Ability to set and manage customer expectations and work independently on project assignments.
- Must be able to travel providing onsite consulting work to clients when required
- Ability to guide in formulate effective Proof of concepts for customers
- Strong knowledge of analytical/training/marketing tools
