Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough insurance verification calls ensuring smooth patient experiences and optimizing practice revenue
- Spearhead social media initiatives across Facebook Instagram and YouTube creating engaging content that educates and connects with patients
- Perform essential bookkeeping and data entry tasks maintaining accurate financial and patient records
- Watch and summarize industry webinars distilling key insights for the management team to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and update patient education materials and forms enhancing the overall patient experience
- Provide highlevel personal assistant support to practice leadership including appointment setting and communication management
- Follow up on unpaid insurance claims ensuring timely reimbursements and maintaining healthy cash flow
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in medical administration or a related healthcare field
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients insurance providers and healthcare professionals
- Comfortable in social media management as needed by the client content creation experience is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and financial tasks
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills and technologies
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience with healthcarerelated financial processes
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining a strong connection with the team
