Pastry Demi Chef De Partie
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
29700.00 per annum
Our Pastry Demi Chef De Partie is responsible for the following critical duties:
- To ensure smooth running of the pastry section you are assigned to and to offer support to other Searcy catering points
- To assist in any extra functions.
- To provide to a consistently high standard for functions and different dining areas.
- Waste control
- Any other reasonable request of Senior Management
Qualifications :
The successful candidate for the Pastry Demi Chef De Partie position will meet the following requirements:
- Experience in a comparable role within upscale culinary establishments.
- Good operational and technical knowledge pertaining to pastry preparation is essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are required to ensure seamless coordination within the kitchen and with other departments.
