Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performancedriven strategies and campaigns for social media platforms like Meta TikTok and YouTube
- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop and refine highperforming ad content
- Monitor campaign performance analyzing key metrics and making datadriven adjustments to maximize ROI
- Manage budgets efficiently ensuring campaigns meet or exceed objectives
- Provide ongoing reporting and campaign settlements including detailed summaries and actionable recommendations
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends tools and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness

What Were Looking For:
- 4 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on social media channels preferably experience in the ecommerce market
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads (YouTube) and ROI Hunter is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English (C1 level)
- Detailoriented proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
