OnHires is a global recruitment agency that helps fastgrowing companies scale.
To accelerate our scale we are looking for a marketing manager that will cover and enhance marketing efforts.
Main goal for this role:
- To bring new clients to the OnHires by maximizing ROMI

Your background:
- Worked in recruitment outsourcing outstaffing SEO marketing business
- Have a sold experience in SEO and content
Areas and responsibilities:
- Communicate Client stories by:
- Collecting writing and publishing Case Studies
- Develop presence on platforms like Clutch GoodFirms and others
- Video reviews
- Sales enablement materials:
- Presentations of our services partnership and other offerings
- Promoting recruitment in media outlets and external communities
- Expert articles based on our work with clients and spreading them across the press and niche communities
- Improve the website
- Build an effective funnels
- Create new pages
- Ensure SEO growth
- Build out blog
- Online Events
- Preparing the event (announcement)
- Post event activities (summary emails)
- Make bestinclass newsletters
- SMM activities
- Grow LinkedIn and Twitter

Soft Skills
- A systematic structured approach to work

- Curiosity. Desire to understand and explore an unknown issue
- Ability to learn quickly absorb and process new information
- Ability to work independently and autonomously without micromanagement

- PR skills (having worked with earned media and editors before would be a bonus)
