The company specializes in the sphere of B2B services and products catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers crypto exchanges crypto brokers forex brokers hedge and crypto funds and professional managers. About the Role:

In this resultsoriented position youll play a key role in expanding their footprint within the fintech space. Youll partner with existing clients to achieve their strategic objectives by leveraging their industryleading solutions for liquidity management digital payment processing and CRM. Your core focus will be on building longterm successful partnerships that drive not only account adoption and expansion but also client satisfaction advocacy and renewals.

You will be responsible for:

  • Cultivating Trusted Relationships: Developing deep connections with clients becoming their goto advisor and understanding their unique business challenges and goals.
  • Consultative Client Solutions: Collaboratively working with clients to identify opportunities where our solutions can drive value for the customer to achieve their long and shortterm business objectives.
  • OutcomeDriven Approach: Championing a consultative approach that focuses on the clients business outcomes rather than simply listing product features.
  • Strategic Impact: Delivering impactful customer touchpoints such as business reviews health checks and renewal discussions that clearly showcase the value proposition of our solutions and how they drive positive client ROI.
  • Identifying Growth Opportunities: Identifying and qualifying upsell opportunities to drive upsell and expand existing accounts exceeding growth targets.
  • DataDriven Strategies: Tracking key metrics like churn rate NPS (Net Promoter Score) and client satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and implement datadriven strategies for continuous growth.
  • Industry Expertise: Staying abreast of industry trends in liquidity management digital payment processing and CRM solutions specific to brokers and investors.

Required

  • Client Expertise (3 yrs): Experience managing relationships with large global and complex organizations in a clientfacing role (ideally customer success or similar). Technical product experience is a plus.
  • Data & Analysis: Strong analytical skills and an ability to operate with rigor leveraging data to find answers.
  • Executive Presence: Strong presentation skills with an executive presence particularly for inperson meetings with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven Success: A history of success in a consultant presales technical account management role or equivalent.
  • Strategic Planning: Experience building comprehensive account plans that drive results.
  • Goal Achievement: Proven track record of achieving targets and goals particularly within a sales setting.
  • Client Navigation: Experience handling difficult customer situations and demonstrating successful resolutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment with sales and services peers.
  • SelfStarter: Strong research and selfstarting skills demonstrating the ability to learn and adapt independently.

Preferably the company is looking for someone with:

  • Financial Services Acumen: Some understanding of the financial services industry particularly the needs of brokers and investors.
  • Business Acumen: Sophisticated business sense with an understanding of the underlying drivers and strategy of our users businesses.
  • Technical Influence: Track record of leading technical conversations persuading others based on solution requirements and value provided.
  • Collaboration Expert: Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of people both internally and externally.
  • Agile Mindset: Motivation and flexibility to thrive in a highgrowth environment where things change quickly.
