Our PASis are looking for new colleagues! The People Administration & Services team works with the latest HR software and is excited every day about the companys digital mindset. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You will manage all HRrelated documents throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding (e.g. employment contracts certificates reports and evaluations employment references contract amendments etc.)
- You will be responsible for maintaining updated employee data
- Management of exits (confirmation letters)
- You will monitor and schedule employees medical checkups
- Multiple HR administrative tasks
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You hold a degree in human resources or a related qualification
- You have demonstrated initial experience in HR Support
- You are responsive meticulous wellorganized and uphold confidentiality with the utmost care
- You possess strong interpersonal skills a serviceoriented mindset and thrive in a team environment
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word
- You have very good English skills and proficiency in German
