YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You will be responsible for designing building and evolving endtoend systems for our pricing systems onprem and on the cloud.
- You will build APIs and tooling that power up both consumerfacing and internalfacing products.
- You will optimize heavily loaded systems for scale performance and resiliency.
- You will be a key technical contact person and collaborate effectively with teammates technical and business partners.
- You will participate in oncall rotations and be available for escalations ensuring that our teams critical services are always up.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You love coding and master building complex robust and high performance backend application/service in C on Linux environment which can process approx a billion request a day where every millisecond counts.
- You are a technical leader caring for design and architecture and deep dive into every little detail to steer and lead the best possible solutions.
- You have worked with Google Test Google Mock STL Boost Catch2 awssdk gRPC. Ideally you have also worked in cloud environments before and understand Docker and Kubernetes.
- You are familiar with version control like Git build systems like make/CMake Jenkins Jira Confluence.
- You are good team player with strong software development experience and want to be part of an international Agile Team.
